Contact type

The contact types listed correspond to information provided by your business and held on our membership database.

Contact types fall into one of three security classifications:

  • Level 1: MD/CEO/Company Secretary (or equivalent)
  • Level 2: Finance; EDR Manager; Comparative Tables
  • Level 3: All other contact types

The contact type you select must match the information we currently hold. If you fulfil the role of more than one contact type, select the one with the highest security classification.

Important

Successful registration of Level 2 contact types requires approval from the Level 1 contact. Registration of Level 3 contact types requires approval from the EDR Manager contact.

Tips for creating a secure password
  • Choose a password at least 8 characters in length
  • Include punctuation marks and numbers
  • Mix upper and lowercase characters
  • Substitute special characters and numbers (eg zero for O and $ for S)
  • Use a combination of words or create a unique acronym

Things to avoid
  • Do not use a password published as an example of a good password
  • Do not include personal information (name, date of birth, etc)
  • Do not use words or acronyms listed in a dictionary
  • Do not use keyboard patterns or number sequences

  • Never write your password down
  • Never send your password by email
  • Periodically change your password
